TEASE
TEASE is a re-imagining of the burlesque comedy genre by creator Lindsay Mullan. This show is as salty as it is sweet in its exploration of sex, politics, and what it means to be a woman. Combining elements of clown, sketch comedy, improv, music, and dance - it challenges society’s patriarchal views and misogynistic expectations while unflinchingly poking fun at its own “woke” packaging. TEASE is a multi-faceted theatrical experience that entertains with humour and sex appeal while managing to surprise audiences with an underlying heartfelt message. Since its inception, TEASE has sold an average of 99% of its available tickets. Prior runs were a commercial and critical success at both the 2018 Edmonton International Fringe Festival (self-produced) and the 2020 Next Stage Theatre Festival (produced in collaboration with, Theatre Lab.)

Don’t Be Stupid, Listen To Cupid
Don’t Be Stupid, Listen To Cupid is a TikTok Person-On-The-Street interview channel hosted by the god(ess) of erotic love, Cupid. Lindsay Mullan acts as creator and host, portraying the mythical cheeky cherub with a modern feminine update. This iteration of Cupid has the point-of-view of a 30-something single woman mixed with the boundless joyful energy of a quirky clown. Each mini interview on dating, romance, and sex captures candid moments of honesty and hilarity with real unsuspecting people. The channel launched on TikTok in February 2023 and has already acquired more than 20 thousand followers and a view count of over 1 million. Warmest Regards
Warmest Regards is Toronto’s coziest live comedy show happening semi-regularly at The Assembly Theatre (1479 Queen Street West) in Parkdale. The show is hosted and produced by improvisor and improv instructor Lindsay Mullan. Each 75 minute show features quality improvised storytelling by some of Toronto’s top comedic talents. Prior to each Warmest Regards performance there is a free 1 hour improv workshop taught by Lindsay Mullan. This class is open to the public. In addition to pre-show drop-ins there are occasional donation-based workshops available. If you are over 18 and interested in taking this class, you can sign up by contacting Lindsay directly. Tickets for Warmest Regards shows can ONLY be purchased online from this website. At this time Warmest Regards is on hiatus until Spring 2024.
Truths Be Told
Truths Be Told was a comedy storytelling podcast created and hosted by Lindsay Mullan. Each episode a variety of entertaining guests shared true stories from their life that revolved around a theme. With a mixture of humour and emotional candour, Lindsay and her guests took a deep dive into a wide variety of often challenging subjects. Truths Be Told premiered on June 25th, 2018 and reached #5 on the Canadian Comedy podcast charts on Apple Podcasts within its first week. This podcast has won 2 Canadian Podcasting Awards: Outstanding Society & Culture Series (2019) & Best Personal Series (2020). Truths Be Told’s finial episode was released in the summer of 2020. Since its inception Truths Be Told has amassed over 30,000 streams worldwide. Loose Ends
Loose Ends (2020) is a 17 minute short film written and produced by Lindsay Mullan and directed by Brendan Prost. It stars Lindsay Mullan and Daniel Beirne. The film follows a woman in the midst of a devastating breakup who is invited to her ex-boyfriend's apartment to return his keys. However upon arriving she discovers that she has been stood up. Left to her own devices in his empty apartment, she decides to revel in the nostalgic trappings of a place that once felt like home. In an unexpected turn of events, she is forced to confront her present when someone suddenly returns home and finds her in this compromising state. Loose Ends was selected to screen at the 2021 Bolton International Film Festival, the 2020 Toronto Lift-Off Film Fest, the 2020 West Chester International Short Film Festival, and the 2020 San Francisco Independent Short Film Festival (where it won the award for Best Foreign Narrative).
Truth or Dare?
Truth or Dare is a critically-acclaimed 2 person improv show created and performed by Lindsay Mullan & Jamie Northan (also known as the improv duo, Distinctly Average). This charming late night comedy combines the fun and danger of the classic game Truth or Dare with a unique brand of improvised storytelling. Both Lindsay and Jamie use real truths and dares to inspire scenes as well as naughty improvised hijinks onstage. Blending the inherent risk of the show’s format with the chemistry of these 2 performers creates an electrifying show filled with gut-busting laughter and searing honesty. Originally conceived in Calgary in 2011, it quickly garnered momentum as a touring show and soon became a staple of the Canadian Fringe Festival circuit. Since its premiere, Truth or Dare has performed 45 shows over 10 runs in cities such as Calgary, Edmonton, Winnipeg, and Toronto.
